Immigration Mental Health Evaluations

Assessments are completed via online HIPAA compliant browser. Currently, assessments are available to people who are located in the following states: California, Virginia, Massachusetts and Florida and can only provide services in those states. We have clinicians fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish.
During this evaluation, you will have the opportunity to share your story and experiences. Details such as family history, pertinent mental health history and facts about your immigration case. Our evaluations are intended to be impartial to the outcome of the case. Independent professional judgment is applied in all aspects of the evaluation. In addition to the face-to-face evaluation, there are required questionnaires that need to be completed prior to the assessment.
The evaluations are typically completed within three weeks. However, urgent requests can also be accommodated at an additional cost.

All evaluations require a non-refundable $200 deposit. Payment plans are available; however, written evaluations will not be released until full payment has been received.
