Associate Therapist

Brief Overview:

Lighthouse Therapeutic Services is currently looking for a part time licensed therapist. This position can be fully virtual or hybrid. This position is part time with the possibility to become full time.  Priority will be given to individuals who are willing and able to work in person.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree

  • Valid CA license (ACSW, AMFT, or APCC)

  • NPI number

  • Malpractice insurance

  • Daytime availability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a part-time caseload of at least 15 sessions per week

  • Attend quarterly staff meetings

Pay & Miscellaneous Benefits:

  • $30 per clinical hour

  • $20 per admin hour

  • $20/month internet stipend after six months of employment

  • Bilingual pay available if applicable (when session is conducted in the language)
